Kendra Letcher is the founder of Söle Aesthetics, a medical-grade foot care practice focused on safe, restorative and preventative waterless pedicure services. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed nail technician, her journey into foot health has been shaped by her personal story and her dedication to her clients' well-being.
A personal mission
Growing up in a family affected by diabetes and chronic health conditions, Kendra witnessed firsthand how proper foot care, circulation awareness and wound prevention can directly impact quality of life. That early exposure ignited a passion for foot health and laid the foundation for the work she does today.
In memory of Ms. Elizabeth Louise Letcher
A pivotal moment in Kendra's life was her grandmother's experience. Ms. Elizabeth Louise Letcher was a hardworking woman who raised her family while managing diabetes. Despite her resilience, one day she stubbed her toe — something that might seem trivial but led to severe consequences due to her condition.
No one noticed the injury until it was too late, resulting in a devastating amputation. That experience fueled Kendra's desire to help others prevent similar complications, transforming her grief into a mission to improve foot health for those at risk.
From nail artist to foot health advocate
Starting her career as a skilled nail artist, Kendra excels at everything from simple nail art to intricate 3-D designs. As she became increasingly aware of the critical need for foot health — especially with thousands of baby boomers turning 60 every day — she pivoted toward comprehensive foot care.
She has pursued extensive clinical training, building a strong foundation in nursing studies and hands-on experience in wound care, infection control and patient safety, bridging the gap between beauty and wellness.

Holding certifications as an Advanced Nail Technician, Wellness Nail Technician and Certified Master Pedicurist, Kendra specializes in dry, waterless medical-grade pedicures for individuals managing diabetes, aging skin, limited mobility and other foot health concerns.
